After weeks of waiting, Advisor Group’s roughly 11,000 financial advisors finally learned what their company’s new name is: Osaic.

The company unveiled its new moniker and logo Wednesday, a christening it had teased earlier this year when it said it was embarking on an effort to consolidate Advisor Group’s eight broker-dealers into one.
